    Pretty much anyone! Most commonly we see athletic directors, principals, booster clubs, and PTAs create accounts. Even bookkeepers and finance administrators can log in to manage banking.

  • What makes SponsorPlace different from other fundraising companies?

    The goal of SponsorPlace is to put sponsorship and fundraising revenue back in schools’ hands. We enable schools to customize offerings and strategize on the best sponsorship strategy for your school.

  • How soon can we start bringing in sponsorship money?

    As soon as your page is live with your sponsorship options, you’re ready to share your custom link with local businesses. Fill out the form here to request your school page.

  • How does SponsorPlace help schools stay compliant with district policies?

    Our team of customer-first employees will work with your district on any policies that need to be in place regarding sponsorships. We have clean transaction and financial reports, easy task management, and quick customer service to help with anything you need.

  • How much of each sponsorship does the school actually keep?

    You keep 97% of every sale. There’s no setup fee, no contract, no monthly cost—just a 3% card processing fee. Fundraising is included too!

  • Is SponsorPlace secure?

User Onboarding FAQs

  • How long does it take to get our page live?

    Typically we will have your page up and running within 5-7 business days after you submit your sponsorship inventory to us.

  • Do you help promote our page to get sponsors?

    During our strategy calls, we help provide tips and tricks on getting your page out in the community. You can also access resources in our School Promo Toolkit here!

  • Can we add in multiple bank accounts to receive funds?

    Absolutely. You can add as many bank accounts as you need. Each team, club, or group can have their own page and banking info—no mixing funds!

  • How much customization can we do with assets and packages?

    We can help you customize any asset and package you have in mind. Each school has their own unique opportunities to highlight for their communities!

  • Can you help me create my sponsorship inventory?

    Of course. We have multiple resources to help you brainstorm and compile your sponsorship inventory. Because we work with schools across the country, we have extensive experience in collaborating with schools on best practices.

  • Does my school need to print sponsored assets ourselves?

    You can, but we can also take care of this for you if you’d like! SponsorPlace can take care of printing and shipping your signage–delivered right to your door within 48 hours of securing a sponsorship.
